If your order is processed at a ladprint facility near your location, you might have the option to pick up your order or use our local delivery service. ladprint ships via USPS or their affiliated services. Our standard shipping option (“Standard Shipping”) is ground shipping. Shipping rates will be displayed based on the most efficient option for your order, but you can choose a different shipping method during the ordering process.
If you have materials with a specific date or time requirement, please make sure to plan ahead and allow ample time for your order to arrive. In such cases, we highly recommend not depending on Standard Shipping for delivery.
Our shipping fees are determined by the carrier’s current rates, which may fluctuate. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday, last shipping table will be on Friday before 3:30 in the Afternoon pacific standard time .This means that once we hand over the order to our shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. If you choose to pick up your order, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you (or your agent) upon taking possession of the order. If you opt for our local delivery service, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you when you (or your agent) accept delivery, or when we leave the order if delivery without a signature has been authorized.
Regrettably, it is not possible to utilize a client’s personal account with USPS, Fed Ex, or any other shipping company, unless is your adress.

The estimated shipping time should be added to the turnaround time you chose when placing the order. Adding these two times together will give you the estimated delivery date.

ladprint is able to ship to addresses outside of the United States. However, it may be necessary to request a separate quote for the shipping method and costs. You may have the option to enter the delivery address to receive an estimate of the shipping costs, but it’s recommended to contact ladprint (or the shipping company) to determine the estimated shipping duration. All prices for international deliveries are quoted in U.S. dollars. Our prices include the product and shipping costs only; any customs duties and other fees incurred from international shipping are not covered in our prices, and you are responsible for these separately. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to specific international destinations.

We have the right to modify the originally designated site for producing your order. (For instance, equipment malfunction, natural disasters, or order volumes may affect our production capacity, requiring a change in location). If this occurs, you might receive an email notification, and it could affect your estimated shipping time, etc.
